Adam's Kindergarten Graduation

Here's Adam with his diploma.

Here's Adam after Ms. Pam gave him his diploma.

Here's Adam receiving his diploma.

Here comes the graduate!

Adam graduated kindergarten this past month. He's officially a 1st grader. That makes me feel old! Here are some pics from the ceremony. Not all of them turned out the greatest, but that's OK. Thanks!

MNM End of Year Concert

The kids' youth group had their end of year concrt tonight. The boys did awesome - meaning they actually participated. Zachary wouldn't get on stage without Mickey Mouse. I feel bad for Becca - the girl next to Zach - she takes a beating from Mickey Mouse.

Fun With Cousins

This past weekend was packed! We were fortunate enough to see almost all of our nieces/nephews. Kaytlin & Libby came over on Saturday morning while Jenn was at the dentist. It was such a beautiful weekend that the kids played on the swing set the whole time. Thank you to those of you that brought that swing set to our new home! I owe you one - it kept them busy for 1 1/2 hours.

Later that day we were blessed to once again see Jacob and my brother's girls (Anna, Ellie, and Charlotte). I was not able to get any pics of Ellie or Anna, but I did get some of Charlotte with Jacob.

All in all it was a lot of quality fun with the family. I hope your families had a beautiful weekend! Enjoy.

Adam's Soccer Game

These are some pics from Adam playing soccer this year. He is absolutely loving it. He does tend to spend more time on the ground rather than on his feet. All in all he's doing really well at it. Included are some pics and a video of him playing. Enjoy!

Jacob & The Boys

I was fortunate enough to watch my new nephew last week. He's only 6 weeks old. He is truly adorable. Adam wants to keep him. If Aunt Katie & Unc Matt would have allowed it, we would have! Here are some random pics from our visit. Enjoy!

House

After several months of tension, stress, diappointment, and excitement, Joel and I can finally say that things are over. We have a home! The week leading up to our move, God blessed us with the surprise visit of our best friends The Keefer Family. God brought them into our lives at the best possible moment. We needed the reassurance and accountability that they were able to provide us. They were able to remind us of what is important in life - Family, Friends, and most of all God.

We just want to extend a THANK YOU to everyone who helped us during the buying, selling, or moving process. We could not have dealt with everything that happened if our friends and family were not there. For that we thank you. We will be indebted to you for life.

During the whole process, God tested us in so many ways. The most important thing I wish I would've listened to was the encouraging word for today. It comes from the chapter of 1st Peter. The verse is: Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about what happens to you.

Please keep that verse in mind when you're feeling anxious, worried, or unsure about a decision that is happening in your lives. Thanks again.

Reciting Poems in Church

So, Zachary was supposed to recite the following poem in church:

Thank you for the world so sweet.

Thank you for the food we eat.

Thank you for the birds that sing.

Thank you God for everything.

Basically he stood up there and stuck his tongue out and looked and watched the other kids. I thought it was hilarious so I posted it. I hope you enjoy!
